You can monitor the muscles you’re working out the most after each workout and track your progress from week to week. Body Activity is available for strength, running and cycling

Programs

Peloton programs feature a collection of classes designed by instructors to help you reach a specific goal from classes focused exclusively on core workouts to marathon training guides. Progress bars allow you to monitor your status by tracking the classes that need to be completed before unlocking the next one in each program.

Challenges

Peloton Challenges allow users to commit to a goal, track their progress and earn badge rewards (gold, silver and bronze) upon completion. Some common challenge examples include:

  • Activity Challenge – for example, work out at least five days throughout the month to receive a bronze badge, 10 days for silver and 15 days for gold
  • Cycling Challenge – for example, run at least 50 minutes throughout the month to receive a bronze badge, 100 minutes for silver and 150 minutes for gold
  • Strength Challenge – for example, complete five strength classes throughout the month to receive a bronze badge, 10 for silver and 15 for gold

New challenges are added every month, with seasonal and annual challenges also available.
