Ever since I did that sheet pan recipe,Sheet Pan Kielbasa and Cabbage for OXO I realized how easy a sheet pan recipe can be. A sheet pan recipe is great for someone, like me who is constantly busy.

Shrimp Recipes

When I was researching sheet pan recipes originally for the kielbasa recipe, I saw shrimp recipes but they all the same, shrimp scampi. I wanted a shrimp recipe to be more then just shrimp scampi.

Bruschetta Shrimp

The store had some beautiful multi-colored cherry tomatoes on sale, then came to me, why not make sheet pan bruschetta shrimp? Bruschetta shrimp sounded like it would be a wonderful sheet pan recipe.

Buttered Noodles

I found recipes for bruschetta chicken, but not shrimp bruschetta. I saw in most bruscetta chicken recipes it was paired with buttered noodles. Buttered noodles are wonderful to eat with this shrimp recipe!

The lemon white balsamic sauce to pour over this basil, onion, cherry tomato, and shrimp recipe tastes great when ontop of some buttered noodles. Talk about WOW! It was simply amazing and so good!

Sheet Pan Shrimp Bruschetta is an easy and quick sheet pan recipe. If you are looking for shrimp dinner ideas, then you should try this bruschetta shrimp. This sheet pan recipe is great with buttered noodles!

Total Time30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, deveined
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 large fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lemon, juiced of
  • 1 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon truffle oil
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons roasted garlic olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a bowl mix add the shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and shallots.
  3. Squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp mixture.
  4. Next, take the basil leaves and roughly chop them up.
  5. Sprinkle the basil over the shrimp mixture.
  6. In a small bowl, add the honey, white balsamic, the truffle oil, and the roasted garlic olive oil.
  7. Whisk everything is together and then pour it over the shrimp mixture.
  8. Toss everything together and season with the lemon pepper.
  9. On a sheet pan, line it with some parchment.
  10. Pour the bruschetta shrimp onto the parchment paper.
  11. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, till the shrimp turn pink.
  12. Take out the oven, serve it up and ENJOY!
